Over the course of 35 plus years of practice we have represented thousands of clients from Dallas, Denton, Collin and contiguous counties in every type of marital dispute imaginable, from divorce to change of custody to modifications regarding the parent-child relationship.  We have a wide range of experience involving child support issues.  We have obtained, through writs of habeas corpus, the return of children abducted by one parent from the home of another.  We have handled numerous adoptions over the course of our practice and both pursued and defended claims of family violence

     In addition to litigation, we frequently represent client's in the preparation of pre-marital agreements, cohabitation agreements and other related, family transactional legal work.
